If I knew how to make font bigger, I would. This is something a (male) FB friend of mine posted on FB. I wanted to share it with my fellow fitblrs because it honestly ENRAGED me. I mean, seriously…
1) If anyone thinks that girl did not work her ass off for that body, they are fucking morons. Girls don’t have some magical gene that makes them look hot just by ‘eating less’ - in fact, girls KEEP FAT more than men do!!!!
2) What a pro-ED statement :| “Girls, all you have to do to look like this model is EAT LESS.” Forget running, biking, swimming; forget weight lifting and strength training and pushups and being healthy. Just EAT LESS. What bullshit. UGH. )<
3) The wording is CLEARLY gender biased: “don’t eat like a fucking hippo” vs “years of hard work…strict diet…with enough proteins and little fats and sugars.” As if all hot girls are anorexic, and all hot men are disciplined and healthy.

FUCK. THAT. THIS IS THE STUPIDEST THING I’VE EVER READ.

LOVING doing the shadow boxing on 30DS with weights! My back feels glorius tonight. Fuck physical affirmation of progress. Tonight, I proved to myself that I’m faster, stronger, and ready to endure the next level, whatever I choose it to be come Friday. Just a few more days of 30 Day Shred left! I’m proud to be finishing something I started, if nothing else.
