I am the worst at this. The other day my coworker (SUPER watches what she eats, does hours of cardio a day, super slender and tall) looked at me and went, “Wow, have you been losing weight?” in a nice, not mean at all way. I froze up and frowned down at myself and went, “What? No…” even though well, yeah I have. She gave me a puzzled look and said “Oh, well you look great.”
I should have taken ownership of the fact that I have worked for the weight loss & muscle gain that I’ve had in the past few months or so. ): No more being ashamed of trying to improve myself!!
