So quite honestly, I’ve been doing a bad job of being healthy for the past two days. Yesterday I drank a lot and ate three huge fatty (I say that literally, the food was very fattening) meals and today I had pad see eiw and fried rice with curry. Drinking lots of water and going to clean up my act again tomorrow. Sodium and carbs make me retain water like a MOFO. I went up 4 pounds in the past 2 days.

Saw a fitspo image today that said “results are just weeks away” and I was kinda like, woah it’s true, results ARE only a few weeks away. When you put it like that, it’s not so bad. It’s funny, sometimes it seems like my goal of being healthy and fit is this never-ending, unattainable dream that I can only imagine in my head. But actually, if I stuck with it, it’s just a matter of effort and time.

Kind of obvious, but it was a moment for me ok dont judge me

There was a tornado watch but I still went to the gym. I had to drive 40 km/hr because the rain was coming down so hard and the roads were flooded. Sadly, with all the rain and hail, I won’t be doing hill sprints today…

BUT here is a progess picture of my back! Six months makes a huge difference ^_^

T is making tons of progress, too.
