Saw a fitspo image today that said “results are just weeks away” and I was kinda like, woah it’s true, results ARE only a few weeks away. When you put it like that, it’s not so bad. It’s funny, sometimes it seems like my goal of being healthy and fit is this never-ending, unattainable dream that I can only imagine in my head. But actually, if I stuck with it, it’s just a matter of effort and time. 

Kind of obvious, but it was a moment for me ok dont judge me

This is the 3rd time i’ve posted this since starting my blog but everyone needs to see it!

Really helpfull. I must buy a skipping rope!

Apparently I will never get up past 200cals with thirty minutes alone. I don’t know how to feel about that for some reason.

I’m going for a walk during lunch today. :)
