103 Calorie Orange Blueberry Bars
Crust
1/2 cup old fashioned oats-150 calories
1/2 cup all purpose flour-266 calories
1/4 cup brown sugar-209 calories
6 tsp light becel margarine-105 calories
juice of 1/2 of a medium navel orange-19 calories
cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
Mix together dry ingredients.  Add orange juice and melted margarine and stir until a dough forms.  Use your hands to mix.  Form dough into a ball and use fingers to spread evenly onto the bottom of an 11’x7’ non-stick pan.
Filling
1/4 cup 0% plain greek yogurt- 53 calories
1/4 cup liquid egg whites-30 calories
1 tbsp splenda
zest of 1/2 orange
1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries (rinsed, thawed and drained)- 32 calories
1 tbsp all purpose flour- 54 calories
Whip up all ingredients except blueberries.  Fold in blueberries.  Spread evenly over crust.

Topping
1/4 cup all purpose flour- 133 calories
1/2 cup oats-150 calories
2 tsp light becel margarine-35 calories
1 unpacked tsp of brown sugar-11 calories
cinnamon
Mix together with a spoon until the oats seem to be covered with the brown sugar and margarine.  Sprinkle evenly over the bars.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until the bottom crust appears golden brown.  Cut into 12 pieces.
THESE TASTE FANTASTIC, of course all of my calorie estimates are approximate but they are as accurate as I can get them. Enjoy!
