After hearing Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries express his desire of not wanting larger-sized women or “not so cool” kids wearing his brand, this guy decided to fight back. He helps a group of people who could really use the clothes that Jeffries tries so hard to keep out of the hands of people he doesn’t deem worthy. Check under the video for other ways in which you can help the homeless.

Edited to add: I’ve seen some people on Tumblr saying that his efforts make it seem like giving these clothes to the homeless is the “worst thing you could do,” as though it’s  slight to the homeless men and women he is donating to. I disagree. He’s not giving it to the homeless because he thinks the homeless are lesser people; he’s doing it because

1) he knows the douches who run A&F think that they’re lesser people and

2) the homeless community ACTUALLY NEEDS CLOTHES, go figure. He gets to flip the bird at A&F while simultaneously inspiring people to clothe those who cannot afford to clothe themselves. That’s pretty damn impressive in my book.

(disclaimer: I don’t know him, so this is all speculation as to what he thinks. This is the reason why I personally support #fitchthehomeless)

The hair! the coats! the legs! the louboutins!
This is not reality, but oh so FABULOUS!

if I get a biglaw job after law school, when I get my first paycheck I’m buying a burberry trench or a pair of sleek black louboutins.
