LOVING doing the shadow boxing on 30DS with weights! My back feels glorius tonight. Fuck physical affirmation of progress. Tonight, I proved to myself that I’m faster, stronger, and ready to endure the next level, whatever I choose it to be come Friday. Just a few more days of 30 Day Shred left! I’m proud to be finishing something I started, if nothing else.

TUMBLR LOVERS - any tips on how to clean up my diet? Admittedly I’m not eating that cleanly. Should I cut out all basic carbs (ie bread/rice/noodles/flour)? Should I add more cardio into my workout (right now my workout ONLY consists of the 30DS everyday, nothing else)? HELP ME PLEASEEE

right now I’m doing strength training from turbofire & biking. I might be able to squeeze in some biking in addition to the 30 day shred. Should I do that or just stick to the 30 day shred for now?
