I am CRAZY sore today.
My arms literally feel like jello. I was holding my phone to text someone and my arm was actually shaking just from holding it.
Today was my last day in the gym before I move to Chicago for school. It was so sad saying goodbye to my trainer - he has helped me SO MUCH! Because of him I’ve lost 20 pounds, gained muscle, learned how to lift weights, and felt better about my body than I ever...

there's been a lack of personal posts on this blog...
…because the Olympics have completely consumed my life. It’s been a lot of ups and downs, but I have enjoyed every second. I’ll get back into Tumblr soon I promise!
On an actual personal note, I’ve been working on learning to clean (and jerk, eventually). Fuck that shit is hard! x_x So far I’ve just been working with the bar.
