The thing about weightlifting

Is that it’s not pretty. It’s hard work. It makes you sore. You come to realise just how weak you are.
But then… It’s empowering. It gives you focus. You get results. You come to realise just how strong you are - not only physically, but mentally.
Lifting heavy is worth it. Do it.
