oh my god i eat SO MANY CARBS WTF
I’ve been trying to maintain a 40/40/20 balance of protein/carbs/fat…. ….today my protein was like…23% of my diet, with carbs being the majority. WHAT THE FUCK. I don’t think people should drop carbs altogether for weight loss, but I do think that eating more carbs than protein leads to weight gain. So frustrating!!! ):

soooo....
i just sat down to have a snack of 1/2 a small banana and a tablespoon of sunflower seed butter. one bite into the banana and my brain was like “Who are you kidding…let’s not waste time here pretending.
