Yup! Well, it might not be the pizza you’re thinking, but it’s a great swap nonetheless :) Breakfast pizza swap! Consists of: 3 XL egg whites as “crust”, layered with 1 tbsp ketchup as “pizza sauce”, topped with 1/4 cup hash browns as “cheese” and some peppers and onions as veggie toppings! 150 calories! Delish!

the power of working out
