guess who's back, back again...
It’s been a while, but I’m back, hopefully for good. I’ve been struggling a lot with motivation and it’s been really depressing to see myself stuck once more at the 159/160 threshold, especially after I got all the way down to 156 with the TIU 7 Day Slimdown. Because of that, for some reason, it’s EVEN HARDER to motivate myself to work out again. I don’t know...
